Lecturer I (CONUASS/CONMESS 04)	Master’s degree (or medical professional postgraduate qualification); minimum years of experience (9 years), plus publications in reputable journals.
Lecturer II (CONUASS/CONMESS 03)	Master’s degree with experience (6 years) and/or fresh PhD holders. Must have at least some publications.
Assistant Lecturer (CONUASS/CONMESS 02)	Master’s degree (for teaching), NYSC completion; in medical streams, professional registration required.
Lab Technologist I / II (Non-teaching)	Degree or HND in relevant field; ICT skills; NYSC certificate; some years of cognate experience for higher level.
