Job Summary

The Customer Service Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers, ensuring prompt, efficient, and professional handling of inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, and has a passion for building excellent customer relationships. This role is critical to enhancing client satisfaction, loyalty, and trust in the company’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

• Resolve complaints and service issues professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and service requests using company CRM or record-keeping systems.

• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

• Provide information about product specifications, pricing, and availability.

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.

• Contribute to team goals and support continuous improvement initiatives in customer service.

• Prepare periodic reports on customer interactions, feedback, and service metrics.

• Attend training sessions to stay updated on company products, policies, and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.

• Experience:

  • At least 1 – 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

• Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage diverse clients professionally.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining accuracy.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset.

Salary Range

₦120,000 – ₦200,000 monthly (depending on qualifications and experience).
