The Goal Women Empowerment Forum (GWEF) is a women-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to building leadership capacity, enhancing skills, promoting digital inclusion, and improving economic opportunities for women and girls—particularly those in underserved communities.

Role Overview

This role is fully remote and focuses on delivering measurable outcomes. The selected candidate will support GWEF’s digital presence, communication efforts, and community-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow GWEF’s social media platforms while shaping the organization’s storytelling strategy

• Lead community engagement activities across digital and field platforms

• Oversee content creation and communications for various field programs, including TVET, RurAI, and Safe Girls

• Enhance the organization’s brand visibility and strengthen its digital footprint
