What the Scholarship Covers

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be citizens or residents of a Sub-Saharan African country

• Intend to return to their home region after completing the programme

• Demonstrate financial need, as explained in the Supplementary Questions form

• Meet LSHTM’s minimum English language requirements

• Hold a first-class or upper-second-class undergraduate degree (or equivalent)

• Have received an offer of admission for an intensive, London-based MSc programme at LSHTM for the 2026–27 academic year
