Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Control & Production Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising the daily production of multiple food products, including:

  • Coconut Snacks and Dried Snacks

  • Coconut Milk

  • Fresh Dairy Milk

  • Fresh Milk Yogurt

  • Coconut Oils

• Monitoring each production batch for cleanliness, consistency, and safety.

• Enforcing strict hygiene standards and ensuring proper handling practices throughout all production stages.

• Reporting production issues promptly to management and maintaining consistent quality and safety benchmarks.

• Conducting quality control checks and documenting results accurately in production logs.

• Operating, cleaning, and maintaining factory equipment to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

• Supporting the implementation of continuous improvement processes for better efficiency and output.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a food production or manufacturing environment.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality output.

• Excellent hygiene practices and understanding of food safety principles.

• Experience in dairy or yogurt production will be an added advantage.
