Position Summary

Turaco Inclusive Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key stakeholders. The successful candidate will ensure seamless service delivery, manage client accounts, and contribute to business growth through excellent relationship management and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and business partners.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.

• Analyze account performance, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations.

• Identify opportunities for business expansion and new client acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, client relations, or business development.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
