Job Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and devices.

Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, ensuring stable connectivity.

Support data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity procedures.

Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

Assist in implementing new IT systems and upgrades to improve efficiency.

Provide technical training and guidance to staff when necessary.

Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure system reliability.

Maintain documentation of IT processes, configurations, and incidents.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3–5 years of proven experience in an IT support or system administration role.

Strong understanding of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and system security.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and cloud-based systems.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Salary Range
₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
