Job Title: Accountant

Location: Sango Ota, Ogun State

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and result-driven Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, tracking daily transactions, and ensuring compliance with all accounting and statutory requirements.

You will play a key role in overseeing the company’s financial operations, preparing monthly reports, reconciling bank statements, and providing insights that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and financial transactions.

• Monitor income, costs, and expenditures to assess monthly financial performance.

• Collaborate with tax consultants to process statutory remittances and ensure compliance with government regulations.

• Prepare and manage monthly payroll for employees.

• Reconcile bank statements and financial reports on a monthly basis.

• Update and maintain inventory and asset valuation records.

• Ensure all financial activities are properly documented and transparent.

• Process requisitions and approvals for company expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.

• 1–2 years of proven experience in accounting or finance.

• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (especially Excel).

• Good communication and organizational skills.

Salary

₦200,000 monthly.
